that is easy to use

if you catch a train to brighton get off at any stop,
then walk south
if you cant be bothered to walk then catch a stagecoach 700 they go across the sea.
if you cant find a stagecoach buss ask a random bus driver which buses go to Churchill Square then catch it from there.

All beaches are low, they are next to the lowest point on the map. Sea level. If Brighton beach was any lower it would be in the water. The beach is the lowest you can go without getting wet.

The Sandringham line train from Flinders Street, trains run every 20 minutes during the day.
No trams go that far.
